Individual Therapy for Adults

I enjoy working with adults from all ages and stages of life. Life can present challenges and I appreciate

the opportunity to work alongside adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or feeling like they need support to navigate life experiences. My hope is that you will learn some strategies to manage and improve whatever mental health stressors you are facing. If a client feels safe,

seen and heard they are better able to engage in practices that move them towards more wellbeing in

all areas of their life.

Individual Therapy for Adolescents

Teenagers and adolescents are fantastic and fun. I love their honesty, vulnerability, resilience and desire to better understand themselves and others. Being a teenager can be tough and I like supporting them to learn skills to manage this time more easily in their life. I am a mother of three young adults which has helped me understand the stressors that young people are currently experiencing.
